Comment: I drive an 04 Wrangler Sport. I have had this knocking/banging for about 2 years and no one has yet to be able to figure it out...It happens a lot and is almost under my feet..Does it in reverse..when I slow down and down shift..HELP!!

I have been expeirencing and odd banging/knocking.I drive without shoes and I can also feel the banging...It drives me nuts and i have brought it to my mechanic and he thinks its just a jeep noise. I have had 2 other jeeps..never had this issue.. any thoughts??
